From Burnout to Breakthrough – Why I Do What I Do

I know exactly  what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and mentally drained. 

From my teenage years, I had worked my way up in finance, constantly pushing forward, chasing success, and dealing with the pressures that came with it. But after years of ignoring the warning signs, I hit burnout. I knew something had to change.

That journey led me through several mindset shifts, questioning what truly mattered and what I wanted from life. After years of being in finance, I made a bold move—I went back to studying a degree in psychotherapy whilst still having my very real job.

That’s where I discovered the pluralistic approach—the idea that there isn’t just one method that works for everyone.I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—real change happens when the method fits the person, not the other way around. Instead.

Now, I combine Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, and various methods of behavioural coaching to help people break through anxiety, stress, bad habits, and self-doubt. 

My approach is straight-talking and results-focused—no overcomplication, just real strategies that actually work.

Beyond coaching, I’ve always pushed myself physically too. I used to be a keen runner running races all over the UK and europe when i could , and these days, you’ll find me on the football pitch, or alongside it watching my favourite team.   I understand firsthand how mental resilience, self-belief, and mindset shifts can impact performance—not just in sports, but in everyday life.

That experience shaped everything I do now!

My mission is to help others break free from the issues and struggles they have so they can feel more in control of their lives.

My goal is to make change simple, practical, and lasting. No fluff, no overcomplication—just real solutions that get results.
