What do you actually do?

I help people overcome stress, anxiety, bad habits, phobias, and self-doubt using a mix of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, and Mindset Coaching. My approach is practical and results-driven—no overcomplication, just real strategies that work.

What happens in a session?

Each session is tailored to you, but generally, we’ll talk about what’s going on, get to the root of the issue, and work on practical techniques to move forward. If we’re using hypnotherapy, I’ll guide you through a relaxed, focused state to help rewire unhelpful thought patterns.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

Not at all. You’re fully aware and in control the whole time—hypnotherapy isn’t like what you see in movies. It’s simply a focused, relaxed state where your mind is more open to positive change.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you’re working on. Some people see results in just one session! While others benefit from a 4-6 session program. We’ll figure out what works best for you.

Can you guarantee results?

I’d love to say 100% yes, but everyone’s journey is different. What I can promise is a practical, supportive, and effective approach—and if you’re willing to put in the work, real change can happen.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes! I offer both in-person and online sessions via Zoom, so no matter where you are, we can work together.
